OM THE CAREER CATALYST was founded by MS SHRUTI IYER in the year of 2012 in New Delhi. Founder & Director MS Shruti Iyer is a multi-talented person who served in Hospitality industry for 12 years and she started this firm purposely to place the candidates (who are not financially strong) at various hospitality & retails sectors by motivating & training them.

Our firm is registered with Govt. of MSME (Ministry Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises.

CAREER-COUNSELLING

Our career counselling helps the candidates to choose the right path of their career by identifying their strengths and skills.

TRAINING & DEVELOPMENT

We provides training (Diploma & certificate courses) under our Training cell -OIT (OMTCC INSTITUTE OF TRAINING) which imparts the right course for the right candidates.

RESUME BUILDING

We assist all candidates to build professional resume as per the industry standard.

MOCK INTERVIEW

We conduct minimum 3 mock interviews which helps them to identify their strengths & weaknesses before we place them at leading sectors.

PLACEMENT PROCESS

We assist the students for placements at various Hospitality sectors that includes Star hotels, Restaurants, Clubs, Inns, Resorts e.t.c. We also place at various retail sectors. We place students at the right industry for the right positions at the right time.

training & development

We provide training (Diploma & certificate courses) under our Training cell -OIT (OMTCC INSTITUTE OF TRAINING) which imparts the right course for the right candidates. This helps them to gain knowledge and develop new skills which are required in the industry. Certification will be provided after the completion of their training programme.
We conduct the following courses:
A) DIPLOMA IN HOTEL MANAGEMENT (Duration: 6 / 12 / 24 months)
B) DIPLOMA IN RETAIL MANAGEMENT (Duration: 6 / 12 / 24 months)
C) PERSONALITY DEVELOPMENT (3-6 months duration)
D) SPOKEN ENGLISH CERTIFICATE COURSE (3-6 months duration)

I have passed my HSC recently. Can you advise what career path I can choose?

Kindly visit our office on week days with your original marksheets and certificates. We will conduct career counselling. Accordingly, we will advise further.

I have completed my Hotel Management course 3 years degree at a reputed university. Can you place me directly at any 5-star hotels?

Yes, we can do direct placement, without any sort of Training. Before we do placement, we conduct screening test. Kindly visit our office during week days.

What type of industry you place candidates?

We place at various hospitality & Retail sectors (in India).

Do you charge for placements?

We never charge for placements. We charge only for Training, and not for placements.

What type of certificate you provide if I undergo Hotel management course? Also let me know whether I have to undergo Internship Training at hotel?

We provide DIPLOMA IN HOTEL MANAGEMENT certification. Internship Training applicable only for long term courses (2 years or 3 years; not for short term hospitality courses)

I have 3 years experience in star hotel. Can you place me at abroad countries?

We do only domestic (India). Not international placement.
